Occupational TherapistGretchen M. Hinson, OT, CHT, is a licensed Occupational Therapist and is Director of Occupational Therapy at St. Francis Rehabilitation Main Campus in Columbus, GA. She has been employed with HPRC since 1990. She obtained her pre-requisites from The University of Georgia and graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA in 1990. She obtained her certification in Hand Therapy in 1996. She is also certified in Physical Agent Modalities (CPAM). She was the 2013 recipient of the George M. McCluskey, Jr. Award presented by HPRC, Inc. Her specialties are elbow, wrist, and hand injuries. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Georgia Occupational Therapy Association (GOTA), American Society of Hand Therapists and Georgia Upper Extremity Special Interest Group. She has served as Vice-President, Columbus-District GOTA from 1992 – 1997. Gretchen lives with her husband, Marc, and their children in Midland, GA. Her hobbies include traveling and exercise.

His interest is orthopaedics, and he is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He enjoys sky diving and stain glass work.

Sachi specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation with practice interests in lower extremity biomechanics, foot/ankle rehabilitation, running medicine, shoulder rehabilitation, sports medicine and breast cancer rehabilitation including lymphedema. She is a certified Clinical Instructor and certified in Functional Dry Needling as well as ASTYM.
Sachi enjoys spending her free time outside with her husband and 4 children, traveling, running, hiking and drinking lots of coffee.

She received her BS degree in Biology in 2010 and her MSOT degree in 2013 at Gannon University in Erie, PA. She is credentialed as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) since 2018. Her specialties and interests include hand and upper extremity injuries, traumatic injuries, and tendon repairs. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT). She lives with her husband, Tyler, in Smiths Station, Alabama. Hobbies/interests include: playing lacrosse, Buffalo Bills football, and spending time with family.

Assistant Clinical DirectorBrian Phillips earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Scranton. Prior to this, he earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia, and his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Columbus State University. He is a member of various professional groups including the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists (ASSET) where he has served in many capacities including President; the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA); and the Orthopedic Section of the APTA. Brian is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
Brian has a wide interest in orthopedics and specializes in treating both non-operative and post-operative conditions of the shoulder, spine, and lower extremities, as well as sports medicine patients. Brian has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters on non-operative and post-operative rehabilitation of the shoulder.
In his free time Brian enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids participate in sports, and reading both therapy related and faith-based books that will help him be a better therapist and disciple of Jesus.

Director of Physical TherapyBryce Gaunt earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 1992. He became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS) in 1998. He has been a member of the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists (ASSET) since 2000 and has served in many capacities, including President.
Since 2002, more than 98% of his patient population has consisted of people with orthopaedic shoulder conditions. Bryce has presented over 200 scientific and professional presentations with the majority of these focused on shoulder rehabilitation, has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, and has authored more than 15 book chapters. Bryce is also co-editor of and a primary contributor to the reference book A Systematic Approach to Shoulder Rehabilitation.
In his free time, Bryce enjoys spending time with family, working outdoors, and Auburn sports.

Erin specializes in orthopedics and vestibular therapy and is most interested in treating post-surgical orthopedic conditions and BPPV.
In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, Madison and Peyton, and loves watching them play various sports. She is actively involved in the PTA at her daughters’ school and is also on the board of directors for a local children’s charity, Pedaling For Kids.
