Ashley Gault M.A., CCC-SLP

Ashley Gault is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) who joined Pediatric Rehab in 2024.  Ashley received her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Faulkner University.  Her clinical interests include: language disorders, phonological disorders and awareness skills, gestalt language processing, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).  Ashley lives in LaGrange, Georgia, where she spends time reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Ryne Phillips OTR/L

Ryne Phillips earned his Master’s of Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) from Tuskegee University. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mobile while playing baseball for four years. Upon completing his Master’s in 2019, Ryne has specialized interests in general pediatrics, work related injuries (functional capacity evaluator), and upper extremities with an emphasis on hand rehabilitation.

In his free time, Ryne enjoys spending time with his wife and their son Eason whom enjoys playing soccer. Additionally, he plays the occasional round of golf and roots for the Auburn tigers every Saturday.

Ginger Hardy PT, DPT

Ginger Hardy earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Bachelor of Exercise Science degrees from the University of South Alabama. Upon completing her doctorate, she has been working in the outpatient setting, first in Alabama and now in Georgia.

Ginger has a passion for helping patients gain independence, return to their hobbies/passions and improve their overall health. She enjoys working on balance, vertigo and helping patients improve their mobility through hands-on techniques.

Her main goal is to provide the patient with the tools they need to achieve or maintain optimal quality of life. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, going for walks and spending time outdoors. She is also a fan of sports and loves to visit different sporting events when traveling.

Jason F. Jones PT/AT (ret)

Jason F. Jones earned his Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Troy State University. He served as a Certified Athletic Trainer for several years prior to his recent retirement from the active field.

Jason enjoys helping patients achieve their functional goals through physical therapy . He uses various exercise techniques and hands -on manaul techniques to assist the patient to achieving optimum function. Most of all he enjoys the personal relationships made through the physical therapy .

In his free time, he likes spending time on the lake, watching his daughter play softball as well as sporting events in general. He also enjoys his church activities and serves on the board of directors at The Exodus Ranch, a local children’s ministry.

Allie Morgan PT, DPT

Tina Gray

Tina has been the office manager for Medical and Health Resources for 23 years total. Grew up in Panama City, Florida and currently resides in Phenix City, Alabama.

In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her daughter and grand-daughter, going to the beach and taking road trips. She enjoys helping others and volunteering her time to anyone in need.

Tanner Brown PT, DPT

Dr. Tanner Brown earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from South College. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Columbus State University and played baseball for Shorter University. Upon completing his doctorate, Tanner also became certified in dry needling.

Tanner enjoys helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through physical therapy. He has a passion for orthopedics, sports medicine, and vestibular therapy. Above all else, he enjoys having fun and building lasting relationships with his patients.

In his free time, he likes exploring the outdoors, playing sports, and traveling. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son.

Alessandro Chuquichanca PTA

from Southern Union State Community College. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Health Science from the University of Kentucky.

Alessandro strives to provide efficient treatment that provides a greater quality of life in all patients. His specialties and interests include post-op patients, cardiac rehabilitation, and sport injuries. Above all else, he strives to create empathetic and personable relationships with his patients.

In his free time, he enjoys running, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with his family.

Rachel Hudgins PT, DPT

Rachel Hudgins graduated from Columbus State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Georgia. Rachel is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist at our River Road location in Columbus, Georgia treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, working out, spending time with her family, and playing with her Australian Shepherd, Ruby.

Chris Campos PT, DPT, Cert. DN, TPI Level 1

Chris is a dedicated physical therapist practicing in his hometown of Columbus, GA. His passion for movement and rehabilitation is evident in his comprehensive approach to patient care. A 2019 graduate of Georgia Southern University’s physical therapy program, Chris brings a strong foundation of knowledge and clinical skills to his practice.

Prior to his physical therapy career, Chris honed his competitive spirit as a golfer at Georgia Southwestern State University, graduating in 2016. This background provides him with a unique understanding of the biomechanics involved in athletic performance.

Chris is committed to providing evidence-based care and holds certifications in both Titlist Performance Institute (TPI) and Dry Needling. His clinical expertise spans a wide range of patient populations, including neurologic, orthopedic, and pediatric rehabilitation.

When not in the clinic, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, and can often be found on the golf course.

Christina Hickey OTD, OTR/L

Christina Hickey is an Occupational Therapist who joined Pediatric Rehab in 2024.  Christina received a doctorate in occupational therapy (OTD) from the University of St. Augustine.  Christina currently resides in Phenix City, Alabama, where she spends time doing Crossfit, playing with her dog, and enjoys opportunities to wake surf

Anna Grace Key PT, DPT

Anna Grace Key, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist at Pediatric Rehab and Horizon’s Diagnostics, both in Columbus, Georgia.  Anna Grace joined HPRC in 2024.  She received her doctorate of physical therapy at Brenau University and her B.S. in Exercise Science at Huntingdon College.  Originally from Auburn, Alabama, Anna Grace now lives in Columbus where she spends her time with friends and family, reading, working out, and traveling.

Christopher Campos PT, DPT, Cert.DN, TPI Level I

Chris Campos is a Licensed Physical Therapist in his hometown of Columbus, GA. He received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Wellness at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, GA and continued his education to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Georgia Southern University – Armstrong Campus in Savannah, GA.

Chris specializes in orthopedic conditions with his greatest interest being in return to sport for the athletic population. Certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, and as a former collegiate golfer, he is equipped to assist patients in returning to the course with improved mechanics and decreased pain. Additionally, he is certified to perform Dry Needling as an intervention for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

In his free time Chris enjoys house and yard projects with his family. He enjoys cooking as a passion passed on to him by his grandmother and father. He also plays golf and enjoys frequently training for half marathons with his wife.

Hunter Caldwell PT, DPT

Hunter Caldwell is a physical therapist native to Columbus, Georgia, with a passion for helping individuals recover from sports injuries, balance conditions, and general orthopedic issues. Specializing in the care of active adults, Hunter works to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their daily lives.

Hunter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Columbus State University in 2020, followed by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercer University in 2023. With a comprehensive background in physical therapy and a strong foundation in human movement, Hunter is committed to providing personalized, effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, hunting, or working in the yard. This love for outdoor activities not only fuels his personal interests but also reinforces his understanding of the importance of physical activity in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

With a strong professional background and a passion for helping others, Hunter is dedicated to making a positive impact on the health and wellness of his community in Columbus and beyond.

Jeff Galloway MPT, OTR/L, MTC, CSCS, CHT

Jeff was born and raised in Ohio in a close-knit family of 6. As the third of four sports-oriented children he developed an early interest in sports medicine and physical therapy. Jeff went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Eastern Michigan University in 1987 and a Master’s degree in physical therapy in 1993 making him one of the very few dual-licensed physical and occupational therapists in the state. Jeff has a passion for advancing his own physical therapy knowledge and educating other physical therapists. He firmly believes that education and practice are the keys to becoming a Master clinician. He has earned advanced credentials in the hand (certified hand therapist), spine (certified manual therapist), strengthening and conditioning (certified strengthening and conditioning specialist) and has developed and taught numerous continuing education courses that therapists around the nation have attended to learn advanced therapy techniques. Jeff also has been an adjunct instructor at the University of Indianapolis where he taught for a decade an advanced upper extremity mobilization course for therapists obtaining their Master’s degrees. Jeff’s desire to “Excel” led him to open Excel Physical Therapy in 2005. He takes extreme pride in his Excel family as well as his immediate family. In his spare time he can be found with his wife and two active young sons. They all enjoy running, cycling, swimming, hockey and sports in general.
