Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy (OT) is a discipline that helps people do the things they want and need to do. This is accomplished through the therapeutic use of daily activities (occupations). As a result, our OT services enable people of all ages to live life to its fullest. We do this by promoting health while helping them prevent, or live better with, injury, illness, or disability.

HPRC’s team of highly qualified occupational therapists treat patients at various stages of recovery or rehabilitation. As outlined by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), we provide services that include a personalized evaluation, a customized intervention plan, and an outcomes evaluation.

At HPRC’s outpatient clinics, our OT clinicians primarily treat injuries to the hand, wrist, and elbow. Above all, our goal is to improve our patients’ quality of life.

Learn how HPRC can help you return to peak performance at work and in your overall daily life.
