Kathleen Gallops, OTR

Department Director

Kathleen Gallops, OTR is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Department Director of HPRC Easter Seals. She has been employed with HPRC since 2007. She earned her Masters of Health Science in Occupational Therapy in 2007 from Medical College of Georgia, and also received a B.A. in Psychology in 2002 from University of Mississippi. She is a member of American Occupational Therapy Association and Georgia Occupational Therapy Association. Her hobbies are tennis, art and volunteering in the community.

Heather Neely, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Heather Neely, CCC-SLP, is an ASHA certified and state licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and became employed with HRPC in 2016. She received her B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with a minor in Psychology, and her M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Harding University. Heather is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has advanced certifications in Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT), Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP) and Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention. Her areas of interest include: pediatric speech and language impairments, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (Speech Generating Devices), oral motor deficits, and feeding/ swallowing difficulties. Heather lives in Columbus with her husband, Daniel, daughter, Joanna, and their two pets. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and photography.

Dr. Sheri Stein-Blum, CCC/SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Dr. Sheri Stein-Blum, CCC/SLP, is a state licensed and ASHA Certified Speech Language Pathologist that works full time with HPRC at Easter Seals in Columbus, GA. She started her employment with HPRC in 2012. She received her Ph.D. from Walden University in Early Childhood Education in 2015 and earned her M.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University in 2000. She is licensed in several states (Georgia, Alabama, and Florida) and has advanced trainings and certifications in: Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Treatment, Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson - TalkTools - Training in Oral Motor Assessment and Treatment, PROMPT – Level 1, Vital Stim, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT), and Hanen – It Takes Two to Talk. Sheri is also a DREAM-Qualified SLP with TobiiDynavox and Field Examiner for Pro-Ed and LinguiSystems. Her Specialties/Areas of Interest are in: Early Language/Pre-School and Elementary, Motor Speech Disorders (Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Oral Motor/Feeding Difficulties, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (Speech Generating Devices), Neurogenic, and Auditory Processing Disorders. She lives with her husband Jay, their son Aidan, and dog Bracha in Columbus, GA. Sheri enjoys watching movies, writing poetry, spending time with her family, and being active with the Jewish community.

Kaitlyn Putt, DPT

Physical Therapist

Kaitlyn Putt, PT is a licensed Physical Therapist at HPRC Easter Seals in Columbus, GA. She has been employed with HPRC since August of 2017. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies in 2014, from Utica College. Her primary practice interests include pediatrics and sports rehabilitation. She is originally from New York, but now lives in Columbus, GA where her hobbies include spending time outdoors, watching and playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Mollie A. Holt, OT

Occupational Therapist

Mollie A. Holt, OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist at HPRC Easter Seals, Columbus, GA. She joined HPRC in April 2018 after completing her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Alabama State University in 2018 and receiving her B.S. in Exercise Science, Minor in Psychology from Auburn University in 2014. Mollie is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and currently lives in Auburn, AL with her husband, Matthew. Mollie's favorite past times include traveling, kayaking and cooking.
