Founder and Chairman Emeritus
George M. McCluskey is the founder of HPRC and the McCluskey Education & Research Foundation, Inc. He started his physical therapy practice in Columbus, Georgia, in 1955. Today, that privately owned company provides services in Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. Mr. McCluskey founded his company with one idea in mind: to rebuild the body’s functional capability – to improve life, one patient at a time. Under Mr. McCluskey’s leadership the company was the recipient of the 1995 Practice Award from the Private Practice Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, and was named the Georgia Family Business of the Year in 1998. The National Small Business Council of America honored Mr. McCluskey in 1997 by naming him Small Business Person of the Year.

Brian S. McCluskey, Ph.D.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Brian McCluskey, Ph.D. is chairman and chief executive officer of HPRC, having joined the company in 1989. He received his B.A. degree in physical education from Furman University in 1984 and his Ph.D. in exercise physiology from Auburn University in 1994. Dr. McCluskey also serves as Chairman of the McCluskey Education and Research Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization promoting the advancement of knowledge in the health sciences. He is a member of numerous civic and academic/educational organizations and boards. A native of Columbus, GA, he and his wife, Lynn, reside in Columbus with their three children. Outside of his work at HPRC, Dr. McCluskey is a high school community coach for the varsity football team at Brookstone School, and he is a founding partner in a software firm developing applications for coaches.
President and Chief Operating Officer
Patrick Graham, PT, is a licensed physical therapist and is president and chief operating officer of HPRC. He has been employed with HPRC since 1990. He received his B.S. degree in physical therapy in 1989 from Medical College of Georgia, and earned his MBA degree from Kennesaw State University in 1996. His specialties and interests are in orthopedics, spine rehabilitation and industrial rehabilitation. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and serves as vice president, board of directors, APTA, and also belongs to the APTA health policy and administration section. He lives with his wife, Susan, and their family in Columbus, GA, and hobbies include hunting, football and photography.

Tina O. Sellers
Tina O. Sellers is our controller and has been employed with HPRC since 1993. She received her B.B.A. degree in Accounting in 1989 from Columbus State University. She was the recipient of the HPRC Athlete of the Year Award in 1994 and the HPRC Viney C. McCluskey Award in 2004. Tina lives with her husband, Russell, and children in Lumpkin, GA. She enjoys family and outdoor activities.
Director, Human Resources
Casey Chesser, PHR, SHRM-CP is the director of human resources for HPRC and has been employed with the company since February 2012. In 2007, she received her B.B.A. degree in management from Columbus State University. She is a past-President and Chair of the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Columbus-Area Chapter, as well as GA SHRM State Council District III Director. Casey is a member of SHRM National and received the HPRC Viney C. McCluskey Award in 2013. She lives with her husband, Wes, and four children in Columbus, GA., and enjoys being a baseball mom, football mom, gymnastics mom and spending time with her family and friends.

Kathryn B. Stenslie, PT, DPT
Vice President of Operations, Physical Therapist
Kathryn Stenslie, PT, DPT is a licensed Physical Therapist at St. Francis Rehab River Rd Clinic, Columbus GA and serves as Vice President of Operations for HPRC. Kathy has been employed with HPRC since 2008. She received her post professional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the EIM Institute of Health Professions in 2012, her B.S. degree in Physical Therapy in 1998 from Hogeschool Enschede, Netherlands, and her B.S. degree in Health and Exercise Science in 1995 from Furman University. She is ASTYM (Augmented Soft Tissue Massage) and dry needling certified and her interests are in orthopedics and manual therapy. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), APTA Private Practice Section, APTA Orthopedic Section and Physical Therapy Association of GA. She currently serves as President of the Institute of Private Practice Physical Therapy for the Private Practice Section. She resides in Columbus, GA with her husband, Joel, and 3 children. Her hobbies include running, biking, triathlons, family and travel.
