Kathleen Gilliam, OTRDepartment Director
Kathleen Gilliam, OTR is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Department Director of HPRC Easter Seals. She has been employed with HPRC since 2007. She earned her Masters of Health Science in Occupational Therapy in 2007 from Medical College of Georgia, and also received a B.A. in Psychology in 2002 from University of Mississippi. She is a member of American Occupational Therapy Association and Georgia Occupational Therapy Association. Her hobbies are tennis, art and volunteering in the community.
Brittany Easley, OTOccupational Therapist
Brittany is a licensed Occupational Therapist and became employed with HPRC in 2016. She received her Master’s from Tuskegee University and is licensed in Georgia, Alabama, and Missouri. Brittany enjoys sports and painting.
Heather Neely, SLPSpeech Language Pathologist
Heather is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist and became employed with HPRC in 2016. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Harding University. Heather is certified Lee Silverman Voice Therapy (LSVT) and Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP). Heather is married to Daniel Neely. Heather enjoys reading and photography.
Dr. Sheri Stein-Blum, CCC/SLPSpeech-Language Pathologist
Dr. Sheri Stein-Blum, CCC/SLP, is a state licensed and ASHA Certified Speech Language Pathologist that works full time with HPRC at Easter Seals in Columbus, GA. She started her employment with HPRC in 2012. She received her Ph.D. from Walden University in Early Childhood Education in 2015 and earned her M.S. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University in 2000. She is licensed in several states (Georgia, Alabama, and Florida) and has advanced trainings and certifications in: Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Treatment, Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson - TalkTools - Training in Oral Motor Assessment and Treatment, PROMPT – Level 1, Vital Stim, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT), and Hanen – It Takes Two to Talk. Sheri is also a DREAM-Qualified SLP with TobiiDynavox and Field Examiner for Pro-Ed and LinguiSystems. Her Specialties/Areas of Interest are in: Early Language/Pre-School and Elementary, Motor Speech Disorders (Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Oral Motor/Feeding Difficulties, Alternative and Augmentative Communication (Speech Generating Devices), Neurogenic, and Auditory Processing Disorders. She lives with her husband Jay, their son Aidan, and dog Bracha in Columbus, GA. Sheri enjoys watching movies, writing poetry, spending time with her family, and being active with the Jewish community.
Peggy Loney, PTPhysical Therapist
Peggy Loney, PT is a licensed Physical Therapist at Pediatric Rehabilitation in Columbus, GA. She has been employed with HPRC since 1999. She received her B.S. degree in 1975 from University of Texas Health Science Center. Her interest is neurophysiology. She lives with her husband, Roger, and family in Columbus, GA. Her hobbies include square dancing, music and reading.
