Timothy Sutton, PT

Physical Therapist

Timothy Sutton, PT is a licensed Physical Therapist at HPRC Physical Therapy in Lexington and Columbia, SC, and has been employed with HPRC since 1994. He received his B.S. in Physical Therapy from Medical College of Georgia in 1994, and a B.S. in Education from Columbus College in 1992. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopedic Section. He is a Certified Manual Therapist and is also certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). He lives with his wife, Candie, and family in Lexington, SC.

Kelly McCook, PT

Physical Therapist

Kelly McCook, PT is a licensed Physical Therapist at HPRC in Columbia, SC. She has been employed with HPRC since 1997. She received her education at University of Kentucky, receiving her M.S. in Physical Therapy and B.S. in Health Sciences in 1997. Kelly was an All-American swimmer at the University of Kentucky, and she then pursued the sport of triathlon for the next ten years. Her swimming and multisport background has facilitated her treatment of local area athletes. Her specialties are manual therapy, myofascial trigger point release, and she is certified in dry needling. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the South Carolina chapter of the APTA. Her hobbies are backpacking, biking, swimming and yoga.

Paul L. Padgett, PT, ATC, CSCS, CKTP

Physical Therapist

Paul L. Padgett, PT, ATC, CSCS is a licensed Physical Therapist employed with HPRC since 2016. His education includes: Medical University of South Carolina, MSRS in PT 2006 and Clemson University, BS in 2003. Paul is a Certified Athletic Trainer, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner. He is also certified in Thoracic Spine, Cervical Spine, Upper Limb, and Cranio-fascial Dry Needling. His specialties and interests include orthopedics and sports injuries. Memberships include: APTA (American Physical Therapy Association), SCAPTA (South Carolina Chapter of the APTA), SPTS (Sports Physical Therapy Section of APTA), SCATA (South Carolina Athletic Trainers Association), and KTA (Kinesio Taping Association). He lives with his wife, Candice and family in Gilbert, SC. His hobbies include spending time with family, being outdoors, working in the yard, participating in church, and attending Clemson University sporting events.
