Jeffery Fraser, PT, MS, ECS, CNIMDepartment Director, Electrophysiologist, Physical Therapist
Jeffrey Fraser, PT, MS, ECS, CNIM, is a licensed Physical Therapist and is Director of Electrophysiology and Intraoperative Monitoring services of HPRC. He has been employed with HPRC since 1997. He received his M.S. degree in physical therapy in 1995 from University of Alabama at Birmingham, and also has a B.S. degree from Utah State University in 1992. He is an APTA Board Certified Specialist in Clinical Electrophysiology and certified in Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association where he served as a district director. He is also a member of the American Society of Neurophysiological Monitoring. He lives with his family in Midland, GA.
Elizabeth Young, CNIMNeuro Monitoring Tech
Elizabeth Young, CNIM, is a Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring Technologist with HPRC in Columbus, GA, since her employment in 2005. She received her B.A. degree in Biology from Columbus State University in 2004. She is a member of ASET (American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists, Inc.) and ASNM (American Society of Neurophysiological Monitoring).
Jon Skelly, CNIMNeuro Monitoring Tech
Jon Skelly, CNIM is a Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring Technologist with HPRC since his employment in 1996. He received a B.S. in 1990 from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He is CNIM (Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring) and R.EPT. (Registered Evoked Potential Technologist) certified. He is a member of ASET (American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists, Inc.) and ASNM (American Society of Neurophysiological Monitoring). He lives with his wife, Lisa, and family in Mauk, GA.
Tim Clemmons, DPT, ATC, CSCS, OCS, CHTPhysical Therapist
Tim Clemmons, DPT, ATC, CSCS, OCS, CHT is a licensed physical therapist. He was employed with HPRC in 2012. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008 from University of South Alabama, his M.Ed. degree in 2002 from Auburn University, and a B.S. degree in 2001 from University of West Alabama. He is an APTA Board Certified Clinical Orthopedic Specialist. His specialty and interest is orthpaedics. Tim and his wife, Kim, have two children, Katie and Abigail. Tim enjoys running, college football and reading.
